This means all goods imported into the U.S., regardless of value or country of origin (including the UK), are now subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance charges — even for orders under $800 USD.

This change affects all shipments, including individual purchases of footwear.

A: Yes — starting August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the U.S. from the UK are subject to import duties and clearance charges, regardless of value. The former $800 duty-free threshold no longer applies. We offer DDP (delivery duty paid) shipping services at checkout to ensure you are covered.

If your order ships via postal services (like Royal Mail International), a temporary flat-rate tariff may apply (e.g., $80–$200 per item) during the transition period until February 28, 2026. After that, standard import duties will apply based on product value.

Q: Where do your Berwick 1707 shoes ship from?
