Awarded the Royal Warrant in 1989, Tricker’s received recognition for their service to the Royal Family. Supplying the Royal Family with footwear for over 30 years is a huge honour, a testament to the quality and skilled operations of Tricker’s. The Tricker’s factory welcomed HRH Prince Charles back in 2019 where he toured the facility in Northampton. HRH was also shown the shoe lasts which the team uses to craft the shoes he wears.
Not only that, Tricker’s were also highly regarded by the likes of Ian Flemming as well as Sir Edmund Hilary and Sherpa Tenzing, supporting them both in the quest to reach the peak of Mount Everest in 1953. Each shoe is meticulously crafted, by hand, following traditional shoe making techniques, passed down through generations of cordwainers.
